This is seriously the best coffee I’ve ever had. I usually have to water down my coffee with creamer because it is bitter, or just plain tastes bad. I am NOT a black coffee drinker – until now. This blend is so unbelievable that I drink it black!

I have one of these coffee machines in work. The hot cocoa is definitely a little watered down, but I squirt a little Hershey’s syrup in my cup, stir it up and the hot chocolate tastes sooooo much better!

These are the first thing I used after I got my Keurig, and man was a dissapointed. I was affraid everything from this machine was going to taste this way. The cocoa is watered down, and the reason for it is that most of the cocoa remains in the cup, even if you shake it before putting it in the machine. If you go through the hassle of scooping out the left over powder from in the cup and mix it in, it still isn’t very good. The only thing I use these for now is to mix with coffee to make a mocha. If you’re looking for a decent cup of hot chocolate try Gloria Jeans, they’re pretty good.

Mildly chocolate, nice aftertaste. Be sure to shake container well to loosen product. If result is week, open container and add unused powder to your cup.

Personally, I hate green mountain as a company. But we received a few GM items with the Keurig machine, including this hot cocoa, so we gave them a try. I was amazed at how great this cocoa was. I’m not sure if GM reformulated this cup or if the people giving it 1 star are just crazy; but this makes an amazing cup (yes, at the 8oz size). Great chocolate flavor and creamy.

Update: Too much saturated fat in this product. I guess I won’t be buying it, afterall.
